How do I book a service?

Sign in as a pet owner, choose a provider and service, select your pet and an available Singapore-time slot, then review the total before payment.

Where can I check a booking?

Your Bookings page shows upcoming and past appointments. Open any booking to see its current status, appointment time, payment total, and transport details.

Who updates pet transport progress?

The assigned driver updates transport progress. Owners, providers, and transport partners can monitor those updates from their dashboards.

Where are cancellation and refund terms?

Read the Cancellation & Refund Policy before cancelling. Final policy text must be approved before production launch.
