Marketplace service
Pet Priority connects pet owners with independent service and transport providers. Users must provide accurate information, protect their accounts, and use the platform lawfully.
Bookings and payment
Prices are shown in Singapore dollars. A booking is subject to provider acceptance, availability, payment confirmation, and the cancellation and refund policy.
Provider responsibilities
Providers remain responsible for their qualifications, services, staff, facilities, safety practices, and compliance with applicable Singapore requirements.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse accounts, evade charges, interfere with the service, upload unsafe material, or access another person’s data.
